This post comments an article published in EL PAIS national newspaper. The article was written by Mr. Andrés Recalde, professor of Commercial Law at the University Jaume I of Castellón, Valencia, Spain.
The article is rather long to be translated here, but it basically states that Bologna process is not mandatory as stated by the mass media and the Government. And what Government people and some companies claims to be an better explanation is, in fact, propaganda in favour of the Bologna process.
